Exchange, Return & Order Cancellation Policy
Overview
At Next Level Spot, customer satisfaction is important to us. Products purchased from our website may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the conditions mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility
- Item is defective
- Item has missing accessories
- Wrong item delivered
All items must have original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice intact at the time of exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Scenarios
- Exchange request made after 30 days
- Product damaged due to usage or mishandling
- Product has been tampered with
- Missing price tags, labels, packaging, or invoice
- Parcel accepted in damaged or opened condition
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
Important: Do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or packaging is damaged.
We will not be responsible for such cases.
Packaging Verification
All orders are shipped in official branded packaging or sealed boxes. Complaints will not be entertained if the original packaging or seal is missing.
Returns & Refunds
- No cash refunds are offered
- Refunds apply only to prepaid orders
- Order cancelled before shipment processing
- Item removed due to failed quality control with no replacement available
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders before they are processed.

- Pricing or listing error
- Item fails quality control
- Payment declined by bank or gateway
